At the confederal level, the Unionization Service provides labour market analysis and develops recruitment strategies based on sectoral objectives. It also elaborates legal strategies and supports regional organizations. At the regional level, the Service oversees the expansion of the CSN’s union representation, by operationalizing recruitment strategies and through representation at administrative tribunals.
