The Human Resources and Training Service (SRHF) manages dossiers for more than eight hundred individuals – employees, executives, interns, and retirees. It is responsible for hiring, training, compensation, group insurance, retirement plan, and more. These issues are managed in conjunction with the Syndicat des travailleuses et des travailleurs de la CSN (STTCSN).

The SRHF contributes to the CSN’s mission not by serving union organizations directly but by acting in a supportive and advisory role with regard to employees, coordinators, and all organizations signatory to the collective agreement, and in ensuring the agreement’s application.
