The SAMVR offers advice to meet the needs with regards to action and mobilization in order to achieve union and social objectives. The work is distributed across three axes: at the local level, through support for negotiation, implementation of action plans, and supporting union life; at the regional level, by carrying out action plans by developing solidarity and promoting social and economic development; and, at the national level, through operations and coordination on national issues.
