WELCOME AND INFORMATION
(Level 5 lobby, next to the escalators)
Convention activities are taking place on level 5 of the Palais des congrès de Montréal. The Welcome and Information booth is located in the main foyer, next to the escalators, to welcome you, orient you, answer your questions and inform you about the convention. The lost-and-found is also located here
PLENARY SESSION
(Room 517, opposite the escalators)
This is the large room where all our days will begin. Near this room, you will find various services that will be able to support you in the accomplishment of certain tasks and orient you if necessary. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call on the members of the orderly service.

Schedule:
Monday, May 15: 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday, May 16: 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 17: 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 to 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 18: 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, May 19: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
A delegate who needs to be replaced must go to the registration room to hand in his/her identification card (roundel). Official registration closes on Tuesday, May 16 at 6:30 pm.
Those who wish to register for the conference after the end of official registration will be registered as visitors. No changes to delegations will be made after the close of official registration.
WELCOME SESSION FOR NEW DELEGATES
Rooms 523 and 524
If you are attending a CSN Convention for the first time, you have the opportunity to attend a welcome session that will allow you to better understand the content of the convention, its operation and its progress. The orientation session will take place this Monday from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. If you are not registered but would like to attend, please go to the Welcome and Information Desk in the Level 5 lobby. We will look into the possibility of including you in one of the groups already established.
ENGLISH-SPEAKING DELEGATES
Simultaneous interpretation is available in the plenary room (room 517). Interpretation devices are available for English-speaking delegates at the entrance to the plenary room. In addition, English-speaking delegates may, if they wish, speak in their own language during the plenary session and their intervention will be translated consecutively at the same microphone by an interpreter present in the room. A welcome session for new delegates and a workshop will be held in English.
SOLIDARITY ITEM SALE AND DEPOSIT SERVICE
Room 514A
In addition to selling the solidarity item from the 67th CSN Convention, the strikers currently in conflict are offering a deposit service.
Convention resolutions are now available
The Pre-convention Committee has completed its work and the resolutions that will be submitted to the Convention by the Executive Committee and affiliated organizations are now online. CSN members will have the opportunity to discuss these resolutions and proposed amendments with the members of the Executive Committee during the pre-convention tour, which will take place from April 17 to May 3.
